Characteristics: The BD™ CBA Human Th1/Th2 Cytokine Kit can be used to quantitatively measure Interleukin-2 (IL-2), Interleukin-4 (IL-4), Interleukin-5 (IL-5), Interleukin-10 (IL-10), Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF), and Interferon-γ (IFN-γ) protein levels in a single sample. The kit performance has been optimized for analysis of specific cytokines in tissue culture supernatants, EDTA plasma, and serum samples.
